In fact, Biotech Tropical Plants have built the tallest man made palm tree in the world – 40.86 meters – a record noted in the Guinness book of records.
Palm types include Washingtonia, Cykas, Phoenix, Date Jate, Mexicana, Livingstonia, Marginatas and many other. The trees are perfectly grown from the day they are installed so they will never grow out of space.
No special construction is necessary to accomodate growing root systems. Any size tree can be installed in any building independent of access space.
